Sales Development Representative

Pynt, the application security platform uncovering real API threats, is an innovative startup based in Tel Aviv.
We pride ourselves with the best and the brightest and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. 

Responsible for initial sales efforts, lead follow-up and management, the Sales Development Representative will be a focal point in executing our go-to-market strategy, conduct research and engage with potential customers to uncover prospect needs and qualify sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will build, manage and grow relationships with inbound and outbound leads
• Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct research to qualify prospect leads according to Pynt’s criteria
• Identify, initiate and nurture business relationships with prospects
• Manage your pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual meeting goals
• Engage and provide initial introduction to Pynt’s platform to diverse, enterprise-class audiences in application security and engineering leadership positions 
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments to improve sales efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a SDR/BDR in the AppSec/Cyber industry
• BA/BS degree preferred but will consider equivalent years of work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Native level English
• A positive, customer-centric attitude
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and able to meet sales quota expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of the Sales team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Self-starter, results-oriented, and independent professional
• Process-driven individual, who can organize and prioritize leads effectively
• Technical expertise and ability to work with CRM, sales and outreach tools
• Willing to work flexible hours and time zones
