The Role
- Take a lead role in shaping the architectural design of our cloud-native platforms
- Design, build, and test features, and capabilities, in a dynamic and rapidly changing start-up environment.
- Participate in technical review processes and address complex problems
- Explore and research technologies and frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in modern programming languages
- Experience with modern cloud environments like AWS or GCP
- Good skills of seeing a big picture and system architecture planning
- Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with K8s, docker and messaging brokers
- Experience working with customers
- Experience with Go or Python
