Collection of Personal Information

Personal information may be collected in one of three ways: (i) users may submit personal information (such as
name, address, email address, telephone number, education and employment history as part of the candidate CV)
while using this website for the purpose of registering and logging into the website, downloading software or information, applying for a job, requesting information and other uses; (ii) when entering a product serial number,
the website will be updated with the applicable customer information .

priority. Pynt encrypts your information when it is transported or stored. Access is restricted to Pynt staff members

However, please understand that no security system is impenetrable, and although we make efforts to protect
your privacy, we cannot guarantee that our services will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful

Pynt stores and processes data, including personal information, either directly or using third parties, such as data

Note that when you send Pynt a request to exercise your rights, we will need to reasonably authenticate your
identity and location. Pynt will ask you to provide us with credentials to make sure that you are who you claim to
be and will further ask you some questions to understand the nature and scope of your request. You should fully
describe your request with sufficient details that allows Pynt to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the requested personal information if we cannot verify
your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information related to you. We will only
use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

We will do our best to respond to your request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to
additional 30 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written

on criteria that include legally mandated retention periods, pending or potential litigation, our intellectual

Pynt will keep aggregated non-identifiable information without limitation, and to the extent reasonable Pynt will
delete or de-identify potentially identifiable information, when Pynt no longer needs to process the information.

with our legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, we’ll either remove it from
our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't identify you.

Personal information may be collected in one of three ways: (i) users may submit personal information (such as name, address, email address, telephone number, education and employment history as part of the candidate CV) while using this website for the purpose of registering and logging into the website, downloading software or information, applying for a job, requesting information and other uses; (ii) when entering a product serial number, the website will be updated with the applicable customer information .

Note that when you send Pynt a request to exercise your rights, we will need to reasonably authenticate your identity and location. Pynt will ask you to provide us with credentials to make sure that you are who you claim to be and will further ask you some questions to understand the nature and scope of your request. You should fully describe your request with sufficient details that allows Pynt to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the requested personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information related to you. We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.

We will do our best to respond to your request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to additional 30 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
